Find Deals on Last Minute Travel
Finding deals on last minute travel is easy once you know where to look. What do I mean by last minute? Anything from a few hours from right now to 2 weeks out. These deals are for packages of air and hotel or air and car rental or all three. Even if you don't need the hotel or car rental, check these deals because you may find the pricing better than on airfare alone and you don't need to check into the hotel or pick up the car rental if you don't need them!
You can find the last minute deals by going to my home page, www.IdealDreamsTravel.com and clicking on any link under "Great Travel Deals" (this is in a boxed section under Golf Vacations in the bottom middle of the page). Once in the search engine, you can change the departure city to find the top deals from your city or "start a new search" to find the specific city pairs you are looking for. Last Minute Deals require departures on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday with a return on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. You can "search all dates" to see a grid of prices for your city pair for a 2 week time period. This is the best way to search if your dates are flexible because you can be certain you are getting the lowest fare available.

First blog - Travel Booking Tip #1
Well, here I go...I'm creating my first blog! So many people love to travel and to talk about travel, I decided to create a blog around my travel business, Ideal Dreams Travel.com. Here's my first tip for saving money when you book travel online:
**The majority of people book their trips online between 10pm and 2am so you want to avoid booking during that time. Also, avoid booking on the weekends. It's best to book travel in the morning and I've found Tuesday and Wednesday mornings usually have the best rates. This, of course depends on when you plan on traveling.
